Andy Murray has booked his place in the semi-finals at Queen's after defeating Benjamin Becker in straight sets.
The Scot came through 6-4 7-6 to set up a clash with either Jo-Wilfred Tsonga or Denis Kudla in the last four.
The number one seed began the match strongly, breaking Becker twice to move 4-1 ahead. The German responded with a break of his own but Murray proved too strong, claiming the set by serving to love.
Becker improved in the second set, breaking Murray twice to open up a 4-2 advantage. However, Murray fought back, breaking in the seventh game before levelling the score.
Both players gave little away off their own serve as the set entered a tie-break. Murray opened up a 6-0 lead in the tie-break and despite a late flurry from Becker, the British number one claimed it 7-3.
