Victoria Azarenka has blasted her way into round three of the Rome Masters with an emphatic straight-sets victory over Germany's Julia Goerges.
World number three Azarenka broke twice to move into a 4-0 lead during the first set before converting her seventh set point to close it out 6-2.
It was even more one-sided in the second as the Australian Open champion romped home 6-0 with just over an hour played.
Waiting for Azarenka in the third round is Japanese world number 45 Ayumi Morita.
