Tommy Robredo has booked his spot in the fifth round of the French Open with a 6-7 3-6 6-4 6-4 6-4 victory over Nicolas Almagro on Sunday.
The first set entered a tie-break following a pulsating start to the match, but it was Almagro who moved into a one-set lead courtesy of a 7-5 score.
Almagro continued to impress in the second set as he twice broke his fellow Spaniard to move into a two-set lead.
He looked to be on course for a straightforward win when he secured another break early in the third, but Robredo recovered with two late breaks before serving his way back into the match.
There were three breaks of serve in the fourth, with two coming for Robredo as he levelled at 2-2, before he booked his spot in the next round with a 6-4 success in the fifth.
