Tomas Berdych has negotiated a potentially tricky match against Olivier Rochus to book his place in round three.
The seventh seed recorded a 6-1 6-0 7-6 victory over his Belgian opponent in just under two hours.
Berdych quickly wrapped up the first set, with Rochus only managing to win one game.
The former Wimbledon finalist hit 21 aces to his opponent's one and he piled the misery on Rochus with a 6-0 second-set win.
Rochus improved in the third set, forcing Berdych into a tie-break but the Czech still managed to win in straight sets.
