With a score of 90.2333, Russia claimed gold ahead of Spain (87.7333), with Ukraine (86.8667) down in third.
Earlier in the day, Russia's Anisiya Neborako won the individual event, while the nation were also victorious in the team and duets event yesterday.
Team GB finished 10th overall after scoring 75.9000.
