Ziv Kalontarov wins Israel's second gold medal of the European Games with victory in the men's 50m freestyle final.
Israel's Ziv Kalontarov has won gold in the men's 50m freestyle final at the European Games.
The 18-year-old executed an impressive swim to comfortably finish ahead of Italy's Giovanni Izzo.
The bronze medal went to Russian Federation's Aleksei Brianskii, who finished more than half a second behind the winner.
Kalontarov's triumph earned Israel just their second gold medal of the Games.
