Daniel Dias wins 50m freestyle gold for Brazil with a world record time.

Daniel Dias of Brazil has won the men's S5 50m freestyle gold with a world record time of 32.05s.

Dias reacted quickly and sprinted his way to the front, from which point the result was never in doubt as he powered to victory.

Spain's Sebastian Rodriguez took silver with his 33.44s and Roy Perkins of the United States claimed bronze with 33.69s.

Anthony Stephens and Andrew Mullen could only manage sixth and eighth respectively.
