England's Jenny Duncalf "looking forward" to Commonwealth Games

Jenny Duncalf admits that she is eager to get going in the women's doubles squash event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.

Team England's Jenny Duncalf has said that she is eager to get going at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.

The 32-year-old, who won silver four years ago in Delhi, will compete in the women's doubles squash event in Glasgow.

"We only play doubles at the Commonwealth Games but there is a medal at stake, so we are taking it pretty seriously," Duncalf told reporters.

"I'm playing with Laura Massaro and we've had a good summer of preparation and we are both looking forward to it. We're just excited to be here, it's really kicked in since we arrived in the village."

The women's doubles event gets underway next Tuesday.
