Newcastle Falcons have signed forward Semisi Taulava from Worcester Warriors ahead of the new season.
The 31-year-old Tongan has penned a two-year deal with the Aviva Premiership club.
Taulava is the second player to sign a contract with Newcastle this week following Calum Green's move from Leeds Carnegie.
"Semesi is a quality addition to the back row, and he gives us considerable power up front," director of rugby Dean Richards told the club's official website. "He is another great signing as we strengthen our squad ahead of next season."
Newcastle continue their league campaign on Sunday when they travel to London Irish.
