Sam Warburton hails "unbelievable effort" from Wales

Wales captain Sam Warburton praises the team's "unbelievable effort" during their 23-16 win over Ireland in the Six Nations.

Sam Warburton has said that Wales put in an "unbelievable effort" to beat Ireland in the Six Nations at the Millennium Stadium this afternoon.

The defending champions lost for the first time in this year's tournament as Warren Gatland's side picked up a 23-16 victory in Cardiff.

The Red Dragons captain told BBC Sport: "That's probably the most tired and exhausted I've felt after a test match in a long time. I couldn't have asked any more. It was an unbelievable effort from the boys."

Wales face Italy in next week's final game, still in with a chance of winning the title.
