Sam Warburton describes Wales' Grand Slam win as an "unbelievable achievement".

Wales captain Sam Warburton has described the team's Grand Slam win as an "unbelievable achievement".

Warburton, who went off injured as his side beat France 16-9 at the Millenium Stadium to complete the feat, insists that the historic win makes all of the sacrifices that the team have made worthwhile.

"It's an unbelievable achievement," he told BBC Sport. "You never think it's going to happen. It makes all those sacrifices worthwhile.

"You've got to give a lot of credit to the French, who made it difficult to get our game going, but we won at the end and that's all that counts."

The win marks Wales's third Grand Slam in eight seasons.
