Steven Seagal: 'Sochi Games safe'

Hollywood star Steven Seagal says that he is confident that the Sochi Games are safe for everyone.

Hollywood star Steven Seagal believes that the ongoing Winter Olympics in Sochi are safe and secure.

The 61-year-old American, who is also a martial artist and a Reserve Deputy Chief in the Jefferson Parish, made his comments on Friday evening.

"I have spent some time with the FSB and Spetsnaz folks and I think they are very experienced," he told Russia Today. "They have a lot of experience in anti-terrorism. And I think they are going to do a good job to be unobtrusive and out of the way."

The opening ceremony of the Sochi Games took place on Friday.
