Sochi journalists tweet about poor hotel conditions ahead of Winter Olympics

A number of journalists in Sochi have taken to Twitter to complain about the poor conditions of the hotels provided for the Winter Olympics.

A number of journalists in Sochi have revealed that they have been subjected to poor hotel conditions ahead of the Winter Olympics in Russia.

The Games have come under scrutiny before the event has even begun due to a number of issues, including Russia's legislation that bans gay 'propaganda' towards children.

According to the Washington Post, it has now been claimed that only six of the nine hotels for the media are ready for guests, while some journalists have been given rooms with no heating.
