Information about West Ham United's deal to move into the Olympic Stadium ahead of next season will be made public, the Information Tribunal has ruled.

The Hammers will move into the 60,000-seater stadium, which was built for the 2012 Olympics, this summer amid speculation that public money is being used to subsidise their tenancy.

More than £270m is thought to have been spent to make the venue fit for purpose for West Ham, with the side contributing just £15m of the costs alongside an annual rent of £2.5m while the club is in the Premier League.

The London Legacy Development Corporation fought the ruling that terms of the deal be made public after supporters' trusts from 14 Premier League clubs submitted a Freedom of Information request to force the issue.
