Team Sky receive Tour de France support with world's biggest cycling jersey

The world's biggest cycling jersey is unveiled in Leeds to support Team Sky ahead of the Tour de France, which begins on Saturday.

Team Sky have received support ahead of the Tour de France in the form of a giant cycling jersey.

The riders, who will be led by defending champion Chris Froome, will begin their campaign on Saturday at the Grand Depart in Yorkshire.

Before the elite race begins, a number of Sky employees created a 25mx25m jersey, which mirrors the one that Froome will be wearing when he attempts to defend his title.

The world's biggest jersey was unveiled outside the Civic Hall in Millennium Square in Leeds city centre on Wednesday as a good-luck message to the team.

Sir Bradley Wiggins, who became the first Brit to win the Tour de France title in 2012, was left out of the nine-man lineup for this year's race.
