The Wikipedia page of Tottenham Hotspur boss Tim Sherwood was reportedly temporarily altered following rumours that he had been involved in a physical altercation with one of his players.

Rumours regarding the alleged incident circulated on Twitter following the North London outfit's 4-0 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday.

According to 101greatgoals.com, someone decided to poke fun at the Spurs head coach by changing his name on the page to 'Timothy the hitman Alan "Tim" Sherwood'.

It has also been reported that the opening paragraph of the page was altered to claim that Sherwood had "drop kicked Aaron Lennon while shouting 'you useless cunt'".

That version has since been removed, while both Lennon and teammate Roberto Soldado have denied all of the rumours.
