The violence at Euro 2016 has continued in Lille as England and Russia supporters came head to head on Wednesday afternoon.

The 1-1 draw between Russia and England at the weekend was overshadowed by the scenes both before and after the Group B clash, with the two sets of fans clashing in the streets and also in the stadium.

Russia were beaten 2-1 by Slovakia in their second match of the competition on Wednesday afternoon and have since gathered in the city of Lille, where many England supporters are staying ahead of their clash with Wales in Lyon on Thursday.

According to various reports, the French police have been forced to use tear gas in a bid to dispel the crowd as England and Russia supporters exchanged chants.

Both England and Russia have been threatened with expulsion from the European Championships and the trouble is threatening to continue into Wednesday night in Lille.
