Paralympic champion Oscar Pistorius is reportedly considering a compensation deal with the family of his deceased girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
The 26-year-old has been charged with killing the model, who was shot dead through a bathroom door at his home in Pretoria, South Africa on Valentine's Day.
While some reports have claimed that Pistorius's lawyers are keen to settle out of court over claims of loss of income from Steenkamp's family, the model's uncle Mike has denied any knowledge of a civil case, according to the Daily Star.
Pistorius, who will stand trial for murder on March 3 next year, could be given a 25-year prison sentence if convicted.
