A report in Turkey claims that a journalist at the World Golf Finals in Antalya was headbutted by president of the Turkish Golf Federation, Ahmet Agaoglu.

A golf journalist was reportedly headbutted by the president of the Turkish Golf Federation for following Tiger Woods at the World Golf Finals.

Woods is one of eight men competing at the inaugural tournament in Antalya, where players face off in two groups before semi-finals and a final.

According to National Turk, journalist Cihat Unal and his cameraman were confronted by Ahmet Agaoglu and then headbutted for their tailing of 14-time major winner Woods.

The American and world number one Rory McIlroy both lost their opening matches at the event this afternoon.
