David Beckham has been given the opportunity to show off his acting skills after being handed a role in Guy Ritchie's new film Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur.
The 40-year-old has been involved in numerous projects since retiring from football in 2013, but it appears that he wants to add acting to his repertoire.
According to IMDb, Beckham will have a minor role as Blackleg leader in the picture, which will feature Jude Law, Charlie Hunnam and Eric Bana.
The former England captain has worked with Ritchie before on adverts for his H&M underwear line and Whiskey brand Haig.
