Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton has revealed that his pet bulldog Roscoe has been struck ill with pneumonia.
The 28-year-old recently posted online that his dog had undergone acupuncture because he was feeling "poorly".
Now it appears that Hamilton has discovered the problem. The former McLaren driver wrote on Instagram: "Roscoe is seriously ill with pneumonia, has spent the last 4 days at the vets. Say a prayer for my little buddy."
Hamilton, who will compete at the Belgian Grand Prix this weekend, received a pass earlier on in the season to have Roscoe with him in the paddocks.
