US television network NBC has revealed that the South Wales derby between Swansea City and Cardiff City was the most-watched Premier League game in the country last season.
The network showed every top flight match during the 2013-14 campaign after securing a £140m deal last year.
Garry Monk's first match in charge of Swansea, which resulted in a 3-0 victory over their fierce rivals Cardiff on February 8, attracted 1.24 million viewers in the US.
Swansea featured again in the top 10 list as 1.10 million people tuned in to watch them take on Manchester United, but no Merseyside or North London derbies featured in the standings.
Manchester City's 3-0 triumph over Manchester United at Old Trafford in March pulled in 852,000 viewers, but that was the only match featuring the eventual champions that made it into the top 10.
Runners-up Liverpool featured three times in the list, with their 5-1 rout over Arsenal attracting 991,000 viewers.
