Wayne Rooney's potential Manchester United exit was poked fun at by a travel agency during England's friendly against Brazil.

Teletext Holidays decided to use the 27-year-old's uncertain situation to help promote their business by placing an advert on the hoardings during the Three Lions' 2-2 draw at the Maracana last night.

A message beamed on UK television screens saying: "Desperate to get away like Wayne? Escape with teletextholidays.co.uk."

The advert appeared 20 minutes into the first half.
