James Milner has lived up to his tag as being 'boring' by starring in Manchester City's latest Christmas video receiving a range of bland gifts.
Twitter parody account @BoringMilner, which portrays the England international as being a dull character, has become an internet sensation with more than 363,000 followers.
As part of City's Advent Calendar selection in the days leading up to Christmas, Milner got in on the joke as he opened presents from his 'family', which were all wrapped in brown paper due to the fact that he 'doesn't like too much colour'.
Milner has made 24 appearances for the Citizens this season.
