Manchester City defender Micah Richards has reportedly been handed a six-month driving ban for failing to respond to two speeding notices.
Tameside Magistrates' Court heard that the 24-year-old had admitted to failing to provide police with the identity of the driver, who was spotted speeding in his Ferrari 458 Italia car at 51mph in a 40mph zone in September.
Following the plea, Richards, who was not present in court, was banned from driving for half a year and ordered to pay a £600 fine, £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge, according to the Daily Mail.
The defender has become the third City player behind Carlos Tevez and Samir Nasri to receive a driving ban this month.
