Frank Lampard's fiancee Christine Bleakley has revealed that the couple have begun looking for apartments in New York ahead of the ex-Chelsea midfielder's move to the MLS.
The 36-year-old agreed to join New York City FC after leaving Stamford Bridge, but has joined Premier League champions Manchester City on a six-month loan prior to teaming up with the new franchise.
"[We are] stuck in a hotel now, we're looking for an apartment," Bleakley told Page Six. "I've been [to New York] before, but you need a feel for the place. Don't want to get it wrong.
"People are helping but, basically, just Frank and I are looking. Ideal is a view. Four bedrooms. He has two little girls we want to look out for."
Lampard is father to daughters Luna, eight, and seven-year-old Isla from a previous relationship with Spanish model Elen Rivas.
