A young Queens Park Rangers fan was today treated to a tour of Loftus Road with the club's mascot after being hit in the face by a shot from Manchester City's Yaya Toure on Saturday evening.
Five-year-old Chloe Power was caught on camera being struck by Toure's vicious effort that curled wide of the target in the first half of Saturday night's Premier League game in West London.
Toure tweeted later that night: "Relieved to hear the girl my shot hit is ok. I was very worried.
"Just spoke to the lovely Chloe and her dad on the phone. So glad she is ok."
Toure signed a shirt with his name and number and the message "Sorry", while several of QPR's players signed an R's jersey which she today collected at the ground.
