A Norwegian football fan has won £1,880 after betting hopefully on another Luis Suarez biting scandal.
Liverpool striker Suarez appeared to be seen digging his teeth into Giorgio Chiellini during Uruguay's crucial 1-0 World Cup Group D win over Italy on Tuesday.
The 27-year-old has been suspended twice previously for such actions, and Richard Helmersen put 100 kroner, which translates into roughly £10, on Suarez to bite again at 175/1, with the incident in Brazil earning him enough money to fund a holiday to watch the Premier League in England.
"It's really quite surreal," Helmersen told TV2. "I sit watching the game and when it happens I start to get messages from buddies who knew I'd put money on it. It's quite fun.
"I started to laugh. I thought 'is he really so stupid that he does it again?' A little extra money comes the always handy when it's summer in southern Norway. But there will be definitely a football trip to England in the autumn!"
Suarez served a 10-game ban at the start of last season for biting Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic, and was also forced to sit out seven matches while at Ajax after nibbling on PSV Eindhoven's Otman Bakkal.
