Sir Paul McCartney has been announced as one of the musicians to feature on the charity single for the families of the Hillsborough tragedy.
Liverpool Football Club revealed in October that a cover of The Hollies' hit 'He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother' will be released in a bid to cover the legal costs of the families of the 96 Reds supporters that died in the stadium crush in 1989.
The former Beatles star has confirmed that he will be part of the record, while Robbie Williams and ex-Spice Girl Mel C have already been named as artists to feature on the song.
The single, which is due to be released on December 17, will attempt to become this year's Christmas number one.
