Everton have announced that they will screen the memorial service marking the 25th anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster at Goodison Park on April 15.
Liverpool host the service at Anfield every year to remember the 96 fans that lost their lives following a crush at the Hillsborough Stadium during an FA Cup semi-final back in 1989.
Everton manager Roberto Martinez will give a reading at the service, while chairman Bill Kenwright will be at Goodison with the players.
"Two much-admired, world famous football clubs have stood shoulder-to-shoulder since the unimaginable tragedy at Hillsborough some 25 years ago," Kenwright told the club's official website.
"Everton will continue to provide support whenever we can to the remarkable Hillsborough Family Support Group. We are proud of them, and for them.
"We also know that the compassion and fraternity that transcends our city would have been there, unswerving and unconditional, if the balls [in the FA Cup semi-final draw] had simply come out of the bag differently prior to that fateful day."
Everton will hold their own memorial service, which will then be followed by a local group of schoolchildren leading a procession across Stanley Park to Anfield.
Fresh inquests into the tragedy began in Warrington this week.
