Ipswich Town announce Adidas partnership

Sportswear company Adidas agree to produce Ipswich Town's kit from next season onwards.

Championship side Ipswich Town have confirmed a four-year kit deal with Adidas.

The agreement has seen the Suffolk outfit link up with the sportswear company for the first time in 25 years, when the club won both the FA Cup and UEFA Cup.

"We are delighted to be working again with Adidas, one of the biggest names in sport," Ipswich's joint managing director Ian Milne told the club's official website.

"They have a proven track record in producing quality sportswear and having spoken to Mick McCarthy and the players, I know how much they are looking forward to seeing next season's new kit."

The deal will come into force on July 1, 2014.
