A military band was left drenched after sprinklers were switched on during their pre-match performance at Germany's friendly against Argentina.

The musicians took to the pitch ahead of the World Cup final re-match last night, which the home side lost 4-2.

However, the sprinkler system was turned on while they were performing, leaving the band and their instruments soaking.
