Dallas Cowboys stars Miles Austin, Anthony Spencer and Brandon Carr are reportedly being sued by the parents of a boy who nearly drowned while at a football camp during the summer.

Thirteen-year-old James Jackson Jr. is said to have been given CPR and taken to hospital after sinking to the bottom of a pool while in there with a group of around 125 other youngsters at the University of North Texas camp.

It is understood that the teen's parents are holding the three players personally responsible, as well as the organisers of the camp, according to TMZ.

Reports have claimed that the parents of the boy have claimed that better lifeguards should have been hired.
