St John Ambulance have called on football fans up and down the country to learn first aid.
The nation's leading first aid organisation are launching the campaign with the backing of the Premier League, Football League and ex-footballer Fabrice Muamba.
The initiative includes a tongue-in-cheek 'Celebrate Like A Hero' advert, which is commentated by Martin Tyler and will be broadcast at top flight and Football League matches throughout the month.
The campaign, which will be advertised in Chelsea, Liverpool and Aston Villa matchday programmes, also encourages fans to download St John Ambulance's free first aid app.
Muamba has backed the initiative following his cardiac arrest at White Hart Lane in 2012. The former Bolton Wanderers player said: "After my cardiac arrest, I received first aid for over an hour.
"I was lucky to quickly have attention from people who knew the vital skills of CPR and how to use an AED, which gave me a second chance. First aid is a skill anyone can learn - I'm living proof that it can save lives."
St John Ambulance volunteers have been at football grounds for over a century.
