The Dorset-based team secured a 53-37 win on Monday night to grab their sixth Elite League triumph.
"I'd like to do three in a row," Poole team manager Neil Middleditch told Sky Sports News. "That would be nice.
"I'm so delighted with everybody – all the boys who rode for us, the guest [riders]. We've had some problems this year but we came through in the end."
Maciej Janowski scored a paid maximum of 14+1 points on the night.
