Canada prime minister Stephen Harper has praised his country's ice hockey exploits at the Sochi Winter Olympics, proudly tweeting a message highlighting the Maple Leafs' dominance in the discipline.
The world's second largest country has dominated the ice hockey competition in Russia, as the women's team seized the gold medal with a 3-2 win against the United States, while the men's side defeated Sweden 3-0 to retain their Olympic title after clinching it on home soil four years ago.
In a rather boastful mood, the Canadian premier posted the following message after the men's ice hockey victory.
This is our game. #WeAreWinter #Sochi2014 #GoCanadaGo #CANvsSWE
