Bubba Watson has edged out England's Paul Casey in a two-hole playoff to clinch the Travelers Championship in Connecticut.
Both players parred the 18th in the additional hole, having finished on 16-under in regulation, but the two-time major winner won the battle of wits by recording a birdie on the second extra hole to deny Casey.
Watson brought a two-stroke lead into the day at Cromwell, and a bogey-free front-nine, comprising of two birdies, saw him enjoy a steady start to the final round.
An eagle at 13 helped strengthen his claim for a second Travelers title - and first since 2010, which was also won via a playoff - but Casey's round-of-65 was enough to deny the American an outright victory.
Brian Harman finished on 15-under-par in third, one stroke clear of Graham De Laet in fourth.
Elsewhere, Casey's compatriot Luke Donald finished in a tie for sixth.
