Marc Warren triumphs at Made in Denmark

Scotland's Marc Warren wins the inaugural Made in Denmark tournament for his first European Tour victory in almost seven years.

Scotland's Marc Warren won his first European Tour event for almost seven years by claiming victory in the inaugural Made in Denmark event at the Himmerland club in Aalborg.

The 33-year-old shot a three-under-par round of 68 to finish on nine-under for the tournament, two clear of Wales' Bradley Dredge, who held the joint overnight lead with Warren.

England's Phillip Archer ended three shots further adrift for third place on his own.

Victory for Warren earns him $250,000 (£150,000) and follows up a tied-15th finish at the recent US PGA Championship at Valhalla.
