Sergio Garcia is on course to claim his first title in three years after he gained an eight-shot lead after day three of the Castello Masters in Spain.

The Spaniard, who is hosting the tournament, carded a third round 63 to end the day on 19-under-par.

His nearest competitor is Thailand's Thongchai Jaidee, who hit a round of 66 to go into the final day on 11-under.

England's Ross McGowan is one shot further back, while McGowan's countryman Anthony Wall has taken a share of fourth on nine-under.
