Luke Donald: 'I'm not thinking about the money'

Luke Donald insists that money is not a motivation as he attempts the win the FedExCup.

World number one Luke Donald has claimed that the £6.36m prize money on offer for the overall FedExCup winner will not act as an incentive during this week's Tour Championship.

Donald is currently fourth in the standings, behind Webb Simpson, Dustin Johnson and BMW Championships winner Justin Rose.

"I'm not really thinking about the money," the 33-year-old Englishman said.

"I'm really more concentrating on winning the tournament, picking up another trophy, winning the FedExCup, hopefully winning Player of the Year that comes with it."

Donald has won ten events during his professional career.
