Red Bull chief engineer Adrian Newey believes that the team can improve once again after a successful 2011.

Red Bull chief engineer Adrian Newey is confident that his team can improve on last season's success.

The 2011 campaign saw Red Bull claim the constructors' championship as well as the drivers' title due to Sebastian Vettel's dominance.

"All we can do is try and look at our own weaknesses from this year, and try and improve on them," Newey told Autosport.

"We still had some areas that could be improved upon, but as always it is going to be the development race through the winter."

Newey rounded off an impressive 2011 with a personal accolade, as he was awarded an OBE in the Queen's New Year Honours list.
