Red Bull driver Mark Webber finished fastest in the third and final practice race for the Canadian Grand Prix.
The race was delayed for 30 minutes due to ongoing work on the Armco barriers, while rain also started to fall as the drivers entered their starting positions.
Jenson Button was the early pacesetter, while Lotus driver Kimi Raikkonen preferred instead to move slow on the back straight with a view to testing the breaks ahead of qualification.
Adrian Sutil finished behind Webber in second, while third and fourth position went to Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso respectively.
