Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen has claimed that the Scuderia is a happier place to work after several changes in personnel during the winter.
The Finn endured a miserable first season back at the Maranello-based constructor, finishing 12th in the drivers' standing.
However, the 2007 world champion believes that a reshuffle at Ferrari, which included Sebastian Vettel replacing Fernando Alonso, has made racing for the team more enjoyable.
He is quoted by NBC Sports as saying: "The team bosses have managed to put the right people in the right places.
"It's still early days, but everybody seems to enjoy it more. For the next test we'll try to put the right things into the car.
"We are going in the right direction in all areas and the team did a good job over the winter. Of course, racing is a different story from testing, but so far it has been good."
Raikkonen was beaten to the top of the timesheets by 0.01seconds at testing in Barcelona as Daniel Ricciardo finished fastest on the second day
