Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly entered discussions for Angers striker Stephane Bahoken, who has also been linked with Leicester City and Aston Villa.
Nuno Espirito Santo's side are in the market for attacking reinforcements this summer as they gear up for their first European campaign in 39 years and are said to have identified Cameroon international Bahoken as a top target.
The 27-year-old enjoyed a successful debut season for the Ligue 1 side last term, scoring 11 goals in 32 appearances and capturing the attention of a number of sides, including the Foxes and recently-promoted Villans.
According to L'Equipe, Wolves have stolen a march on their Premier League rivals and are currently in Egypt, where Bahoken is competing at the Africa Cup of Nations, in order to negotiate a deal.
The Nice academy product has three years remaining on his current deal with Angers and is currently valued at £7.2m by Transfermarkt.
