Nuno Espirito Santo reportedly signs a new contract with Wolverhampton Wanderers that will run through until 2021.

Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Nuno Espirito Santo has reportedly agreed terms on a new deal to stay at Molineux for a further three years.

The 44-year-old, who guided Wolves to the Premier League at the first attempt following strong financial backing, was 12 months into the original three-year contract signed last summer.

According to the Express & Star, however, Wanderers were keen to reward the former Porto manager for his work last season and offered improved terms.

Nuno is said to have already put pen to paper, with confirmation now expected in the coming days, a week on from club-record signing Ruben Neves committing until 2023.

The same report indicates that Arsenal enquired about Nuno towards the end of last season prior to Unai Emery's appointment.
