Bolton Wanderers and Wigan Athletic have reportedly joined the chase for Utrecht striker Jacob Mulenga.
The Zambian was recently linked with a move to Nottingham Forest, but the Reds face competition for his signature from their Championship rivals, according to Sky Sports News.
Mulenga is believed to have his heart set on a move to England and is currently weighing up offers ahead of the new season.
"There is a lot of interest in Jacob," said Mulenga's agent Willie McKay. "Jacob and I are speaking to a number of clubs about a move. Jacob's dream is to play in England and we hope to make a decision soon."
Mulenga has scored 32 goals for Utrecht since joining the club from Chateauroux in 2009.
