Wigan Athletic have signed West Ham United's Jack Collison on loan until the end of the season.
The midfielder, 25, has appeared just nine times in the league for the Hammers this season, and had a loan spell at Bournemouth in October.
He could make his Latics debut on Saturday against Watford, and is eligible to play in the FA Cup.
Speaking about his new signing, Wigan boss Uwe Rosler told the club's official website: "Jack is exactly what we needed, he can play in a few different positions, has terrific experience of both the Premier League and the Championship and will heighten competition for places as we move into the crucial last few weeks of the season."
Rosler currently has Ben Watson and Chris McCann out with long-term injuries.
