Team News: Alejandro Faurlin replaces suspended Joey Barton for Queens Park Rangers at Wigan Athletic

Harry Redknapp brings in Alejandro Faurlin for the suspended Joey Barton as Queens Park Rangers travel to Wigan in the Championship.

Harry Redknapp has made two change to his Queens Park Rangers starting lineup for tonight's Championship match at Wigan Athletic.

Alejandro Faurlin comes in for Joey Barton, who is serving a one-match suspension, in the centre of midfield, while Jermaine Jenas also starts in place of Karl Henry.

Owen Coyle, meanwhile, makes three alterations to his Latics side as Ryan Shotton replaces Thomas Rogne in the centre of defence and Jordi Gomez is preferred to Ben Watson in midfield.

Callum McManaman, who signed a new contract with the club earlier this evening, also earns a start ahead of James McClean.

Wigan: Nicholls; Boyce; Shotton, Barnett, Perch; McCann, McArthur, Gomez; McManaman, Holt, Powell

QPR: Green; Simpson, Dunne, Hill, Assou-Ekotto; Jenas, Faurlin, O'Neil; Hoilett, Kranjcar; Austin
