Franco Di Santo: It's not over yet

Franco Di Santo claims that Wigan still have work to do in their bid for Premier League survival, despite recent wins against Manchester United and Arsenal.

Wigan Athletic striker Franco Di Santo has claimed that his teammates still have a lot of work to do to retain their Premier League status.

The Latics have given their survival hopes a huge boost in recent weeks with wins against Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal.

However, Di Santo believes that his side may have to win three of their last four games to be safe.

"We've given ourselves some breathing space at the bottom, but it's not over yet," he told the Wigan Observer.

"Three wins would be enough, maybe less, but we don't want to let our standards slip now.

"The way we've played in recent weeks, and the teams we've beaten, we're good enough to finish with four wins."

Wigan continue their campaign this weekend when they travel to Fulham.
