West Ham United chase Monaco's Aymen Abdennour?

Monaco's Tunisian defender Aymen Abdennour emerges as a transfer target for West Ham United, according to reports.

West Ham United are ready to raid Ligue 1 with a bid for Monaco's Aymen Abdennour, according to reports.

The 25-year-old defender only moved to Monaco from Toulouse last summer after initially joining Leonardo Jardim's side on loan.

However, the Hammers are interested in bringing the Tunisian international to Upton Park, and are preparing a bid of £12.7m, reports The Metro.

Roma, Inter Milan, Napoli and Liverpool are all also thought to be interested in Adbennour, the newspaper adds.
